Back Anims for Gen 4 mons and forms

More Gen 5. Not done yet...
Finish Gen 5 mons
Ported most back anim defines from CyanSMP64 for Mega evolutions
Gen 6 mons, redone spacing. Almost ready for PR
Code Fixes (darn commas), minor changes (better anim choices)

Description
This commit adds back animations for Gen 4-6 Pokemon, including Megas and alt forms introduced up to that point. Most Mega back animations are from Furret/CyanSMP64's project
