Description-

In this Project we aim to help newly admitted students in getting information regarding our college clubs at one place. Students can join clubs as per their interests and passion. This will help them to explore themselves as well as develop their softskills and expand their network.

This project is developed in Java so it provides platform independence, high performance and security.

It provides some enhanced features such as: clubs information at one place for students, an easy interface for admin to add, edit or remove clubs. We are mainly focusing on responsiveness, usability and performance of our website.

Steps to configure this web-application on your system:

1. To import this project to your system, you need to first install below softwares:

   • Eclipse for Java EE Developers and Tomcat server. You can refer this video: https://youtu.be/9iHKCnxUWqQ
   • MySQL Workbench. You can refer this video: https://youtu.be/OM4aZJW_Ojs

2. Then get the code from this GitHub repository on your system. You can clone this repository or download as zip file.

3. Choose 'import existing project' option in eclipse then choose 'Dynamic Web project'.
   You can search for those steps online, just search 'how to import existing servlet project in eclipse'.

4. Then import the database files in your MySQL database.

5. You can then run this web-application on your Tomcat server.
