7. Palette

Palette is one of the unique features of Custom Tkinter Builder.

What is Palette?

It allows you to change the color which is used multiple times through out the UI with a single click of a button.

How to use Palette

First of all, you need to create a list of all colors that you are going to use in your UI and add this to the palette.

How to add a color to the palette

• Click on Edit palette in the toolbar.
• In the popup window select a color by clicking on the color preview.
• Give it a suitable name and click on Add button.

How to use the added color from the palette

• From the color popup window choose the color from the color palette.
• Click on Use button.

How to change the added color.

• Click on Edit palette in the toolbar.
• In the popup window select the color you want to change.
• Click on the color preview and give it a new color.
• Click on Change button.

Utilize this feature if you are creating a complex UI and want to change its color afterwards.
