This is a WIP PR to simplify the process by which we render tables. The intent is significantly cut down on code complexity, improve scrolling, resizing and virtualization performance and fix a variety of UI quirks/bugs.
The scope of this PR is "limited" to the
PreviewTableandDimensionTablecomponents.
