v0.0.1 - QT Py Snapshot

Initial Uvee Py release with these components (everything was hooked together with STEMMA QT):

• Adafruit QT Py - SAMD21 Dev Board
• Adafruit LiIon or LiPoly Charger BFF Add-On for QT Py
• Adafruit LTR390 UV Light Sensor
• Monochrome 0.91" 128x32 I2C OLED Display

Features:

• UV index and UV rating display
• Battery level and charging indicator (needs calibration)

This release is mainly to take a snapshot of the current setup as there are significant hardware changes coming.
