Release of 1.0.0

The 1.0.0 cmd/gotree:

• can print file tree with or without hidden files and directories only (the -a and -d flags)
• can print up to specified tree levels only (the -L flag)
• can print Go memfs.FS literal constructed from file tree (the -go flag)
