I found this one covered by dust but almost done on my computer, so I decided to submit a pull request. A review is needed as Pandoc tends to inject bugs, I've fixed a few already. Also, I'm not sure if "Acceptable Formulae" and "More Documentation" sections are needed — they seem to be coming from a template README.
That said, it is unlikely to be any important in context of #11.
