canBusMotionControl: Update error message in case wrong firmware version is detected #742

The error message in https://github.com/robotology/icub-main/blob/v1.19.2/src/libraries/icubmod/canBusMotionControl/CanBusMotionControl.h#L499 is outdated, as it refers to tools that are not used anymore (iCubInterface, substituted with yarprobotinterface) and outdated documentation links (http://wiki.icub.org/wiki/Firmware, now the entry point is https://icub-tech-iit.github.io/documentation/icub_firmware/). It would be nice to update it.
