ImplementPositionControl2,ImplementVelocityControl2were deprecated in YARP 3.0 (see https://github.com/robotology/yarp/blob/v3.0.0/doc/release/v3_0_0.md#yarp_dev). At some point there was a cleanup (in #538 and probably other PRs) but some uses were still missing. This PR removes the remaining uses, and ensure that icub-main compiles fine with the upcoming YARP 3.5 .Fix part of robotology/robotology-superbuild#794 .
