Why isnt this production ready?
Recurring snoozes required a huge overhaul of how tabs are stored in localstorage. I need to test these changes extensively before pushing it out to all users.

Known bugs:

• Clicking on repeat checkbox twice will show an incorrect time label in the "non-repeat" view. The times will save correctly. Its just a small front end bug. Didnt have time to debug it
