This module is now part of Ansible in modules-extras
Temporary fix until Ansible releases a version which includes this version of the `deploy_helper` module.

This PR makes Ansible 2.x a requirement for Trellis.
In order to do that we needed to fix #469. This meant temporarily "vendoring"/copying in the upstream
deploy_helpermodule into the repo.
