New API endpoint and HTTP Api support

This release has some general house keeping, as well as some cost optimizations!

• replace the dndbeyond webscrapping approach for getting spell data to use api.open5e.com as our spell endpoint
• add a cli option for running the commands using the cli instead of using slack
• replace a standard API GW with an HTTP Api for general cost reduction
