Add dependencies on demo packages for Dashing. #8

Part of the resolution of ros2/ros1_bridge#228 for Dashing. The ROS 1 dependencies are injected directly into the Debian control data as there's no way for rosdep to resolve cross-rosdistro dependencies.

There is no need for the bridge to depend on these packages since they don't provide any messages / services.
