This pull request fixes some warnings and compiler errors on Windows.

This pull request is a work in progress.

std::size_t (not plain size_t) is part of C++11, doesn't Windows support it via cstdlib?

This is not about the availability of size_t. This fixes a warning that we are later assigned this variable, number_of_subscriptions, on line 275 to subscriber_count which is an unsigned long and that results in a possible loss of precision. Rather than changing the size of the later storage, I changed the size of this temporary data field. Maybe we should use size_t everywhere, but I couldn't remember if there was a reason we did not use it in the structures.

I'd rather subscriber_count be changed to a size_t instead.

I am agnostic, but using size_t sounds reasonable and will likely be more consistent throughout the code.

When undeclaring a parameter, the current implementation
acccesses already freed memory. This commit contains the
minimal change to solve this isue.

Fix the test for any_subscription_callback. (ros2#13)

In particular, change it so that the tests for TypeAdaptation
with any_subscription_callback always pass the custom type
to dispatch_intra_process().  That means that when using
TypeAdaptation, it is not possible to call dispatch_intra_process()
with the ROS message type.  But since this is a low-level
interface, this should be fine; the public-facing APIs handle
this case for us.

This also requires us to remove the test for inter-process
publishing with type adaptation.  That's because we didn't change
the signature of AnySubscriptionCallback::dispath() to take
in the custom type, so it always expects the ROS message type.

* Redesigned tests to be more deterministic and running faster
* Fixed bug in `play_for()` flow when replaying in loop or multiple
times from the same player instance.
