Replaces Prism with Shiki

  • The full bundle takes ~3s to load, so we only include the web bundle for now.
  • Previous plugin added njk / nunjucks as alias for jinja -> omitted for now.
  • Theme has better color contrast 🥳

Waiting for shikijs/shiki#846
