Update to TestCafe 1.1.0 & Screenshot on Failure

With @benkirbyten10 latest pull request the following changes were made the repo.

• Updated TestCafe to version 1.1.0
• Updated Cucumber to version 5.1.0
• Screenshots are attached to the report on failure

Update to TestCafe v0.22.0

The update seemed to fix some of the outstanding issues.

After many hours of work, this is the first release. I'm still missing defect attachments to the cucumber report, but everything else is believed to be working and stable.
