Small release which:
- Fixes a crash when the output file's directory doesn't exist.
- Adds multi-processing to assembly checking/indexing steps for improved performance.
- Adds the
--existing_tsvoption to skip previously-processed pairs (e.g. so you can add a couple new assemblies to an analysis).
