GR is refusing to process big payloads and responds with 400 HTTP error. Limiting request size solves current sync problem which is caused by long outstanding sync queue.

Patch from http://sourceforge.net/projects/rssowl/forums/forum/296909/topic/5124387 . and according to users comments it solves to issue for now.
