This seems to get us closer to what we want most of the time
So that it's easier to strip bottom margin from last element

PackageCleanBeforeInstall is now assumed Yes and doesn't need to be in the Rproj
…ment()`
so that `css` can be passed through {bslib} there
You can still use `pandoc_args` to get around that process
