Add support for reading a service account from a JSON encoded string and initializing the token cache using parameters.
When creating a target we wait for the target to reach the SYNCED state. When deleting a target we wait for it to reach the DISABLED and DELETED states.
Ensure that the provider notifies RSC after the AWS role permissions have been updated.
