Description
Changed error message when displayed. Originally "Quantity is not a number.", and changed the error message to be "Quantity is not a number - note: commas are not allowed."

How Has This Been Tested?
Tested multiple times. Made sure to test with comma, without comma, and with other values. Still successfully saves if value is without commas.
