Noticed builds failing to download this script. Docs are updated with a new install path direct from GitHub - https://golangci-lint.run/usage/install/#other-ci
There seems to be bot protection on docs.github.com which can be bypassed by requesting compressed content - github/docs#17358 (comment)

I noticed builds failing, for two separate issues.
The install script location for golangci-lint has been changed, you can see the new one in their docs - https://golangci-lint.run/usage/install/#other-ci
docs.git.luolix.topseems to have some bot protection in front of it. It can be worked around by requesting compressed content - github/docs#17358 (comment)
