I've incorporated all the new GDL commands of AC 19.
One exception is that "GLOB_CONTEXT" is still highlighted normal and not already marked as deprecated (as Graphisoft stated in the manual – it should be avoided in the near future. It got replaced by "GLOB_FEEDBACK_MODE" and others).
