Unrolled build for rust-lang#122835

Rollup merge of rust-lang#122835 - compiler-errors:deref-pure, r=Nadrieril

Require `DerefMut` and `DerefPure` on `deref!()` patterns when appropriate

Waiting on the deref pattern syntax pr to merge
