Add disclaimer about the book being in progress on all rendered pages #54

Following #54, I customized the handlebars template a little bit to show a disclaimer at the top of all the rendered pages. I didn't know what to put as text, so I wrote something generic. Let me know if I need to change it.

When you want to revert back to the default template you can just delete the theme directory.

If this is not what you had in mind, you can just drop this PR :)

Is it true generally that you can override parts of a theme by putting in files like this? You don't have to generate the entire theme?

Yes, you can selectively override the theme :)

Edit:
Oh wait, it depends on your definition of theme. If you are talking about the themes like "light", "rust", "coal", .. then no. If you are talking about the general theme (layout, stylesheet, javascript) then yes.

The files you can override are mentioned on this page.
