Updates the requirements on opener to permit the latest version.

Changelog

Sourced from opener's changelog.

[0.4.0] - 2019-05-02

Added

  • OpenError now implements std::error::Error.

Changed

  • OpenError's failure::Fail impl was removed from this crate, but the failure crate provides a blanket impl of failure::Fail for types implementing std::error::Error, so this shouldn't break anything.

[0.3.0] - 2018-08-18

Added

  • stderr field to OpenError::ExitStatus variant, which captures anything the failed process wrote to stderr.

[0.2.0] - 2018-08-08

Removed

  • The open_sys function, which was erroneously pub on non-Windows builds.

[0.1.0] - 2018-08-08

  • Initial release.

Thanks for the pull request, and welcome! The Rust team is excited to review your changes, and you should hear from @ehuss (or someone else) soon.

If any changes to this PR are deemed necessary, please add them as extra commits. This ensures that the reviewer can see what has changed since they last reviewed the code. Due to the way GitHub handles out-of-date commits, this should also make it reasonably obvious what issues have or haven't been addressed. Large or tricky changes may require several passes of review and changes.

Please see the contribution instructions for more information.

☔ The latest upstream changes (presumably #6902) made this pull request unmergeable. Please resolve the merge conflicts.

Looks like opener is up-to-date now, so this is no longer needed.
