The existing statement made it sound like the current decision on `for` and `while` loops breaking with values was "undecided", but from the issue I added a link to, the current decisions is "no".

Update mdbook This updates to mdbook 0.3.0. I recently had a reason to read through the entire edition guide, if you couldn't tell from all the tracking issues I opened 😛
I have a few small fixes for things I noticed along the way that I rolled into this one PR; I'm happy to split these out into separate PRs (either one PR per commit or certain commits in separate PRs if some changes need more discussion).
I tried to stay to relatively uncontroversial fixes, I wouldn't say this is a thorough copy-edit or anything.
