Updating to the latest release. There are a number of breaking changes listed in https://github.com/highlightjs/highlight.js/blob/main/VERSION_11_UPGRADE.md, but I don't think any of them should affect anyone.
There were a few languages added to the "common" set. A few were removed, but I explicitly added them back in. We should consider removing them in the next major release, but I don't think they cause much harm. They are: apache, http, nginx, properties, coffeescript.
Also added docs on how to update for the future.
