Pretty small change: As given in the reference, the repetition operators are *, +, and ?. This commit adds highlighting for ?.

As given in the reference, here:
  https://doc.rust-lang.org/reference/macros-by-example.html
the repetition operators are `*`, `+`, and `?`.

This commit adds highlighting for `?`
