What about adding a usage? And updating the manual and the tutorial? (I can handle some of that if it helps)

@steveklabnik Good point, I was so excited that this got done quickly that I overlooked the docs :-) I'd love it if you wanted to do it, but I will by Monday if you don't have a chance.

@steveklabnik Actually, there's already a usage and a mention in the manual. I'll just put the finishing touches on, so no worries about doing this :-)

new `implicit_saturating_add` lint

This fixes rust-lang#9393
