使用方法

会自动检测 审批者 在 ISSUE 中的评论信息：

第一行需添加 `@Rubot` 声明此评论为 BOT 解析

选题加分，即为 ISSUE 创建者加分：

`@Rubot`

选题 + N
(除第一行规范以外，后面可做备注)

翻译加分，为 Assignee 人员加分：

`@Rubot`

翻译 + N
文章数 + N
(除前两行外，其他可以自由备注)

自动标记选题状态与更新模板
