Labvision - Barnes Maze behavior tracking system.

Open source project with the goal of develop an animal tracking system with better performance, usability and costs than other cientific ats's.

Minimum Features for production

• Video I/O with mice movements markdown

• UI for color threshold

• UI for geometric selection and mice track mice with mouse

• Maze Test Metrics

  • Distance, how much a mice walk in a test?
  • Velocity, what is its speed?
  • Final Quadrant, which was the last quadrant visited?
