First attempt at a Chrome Extension

#Usage

1. Load as a unpackaged chrome extension.
2. Select a number to convert
3. Right click and go to the KingConverter context menu
4. Select which conversion path
5. Hope it doesn't break!

#Adding a new conversion type

1. Go to chrome://extensions
2. Click options under KingConverter
3. Add a title and conversion factor (tag optional)
4. Click add
