Исправлена ошибка отображения рестриктов по счету. Если запретов больше одного, то ранее последующий рестрикт затирал предыдущий. Теперь для рестриктов создана отдельная таблица (accr807ГГГММДД.dbf).

Исправлены формы form1,form2,form3, w_compare_dat и файлы prg: deleteoldfiles.prg, procfile.prg.
Добавлена таблица accr807ГГГГММДД.dbf.
