Functional Modules

1. Create, search, view, update and delete accounts from the USERS database (ADMIN)
2. Create, search and view patient records. Add to queue, based on nature of issue (RECEPTIONIST)
3. View medical history of the patient, add diagnosis and prescription, then end consultation (DOCTOR)
4. Generate invoice and display balance.
