Upgrading to sabre/dav 3.1

• Moved twig to composer.

The sql structures have changed, right ? IIRC, there's a mechanism that triggers a migration wizard when installed code revision is higher than that of the declared configured version; also, some DB migration process is supposed to be triggered in Core/Frameworks/BaikalAdmin/Controller/Install/VersionUpgrade.php.

Are there any migrations to be done for users coming from 0.2.7 ?

Yes, there will be. I didn't know there was a migration mechanism, that might be helpful. It's a fairly complex upgrade. I do have several command-line scripts for it, but I'm not sure if I can use it for web-based upgrades.
