fixes #146:

changing bookmark ordering so that the bookmark with exactly matching URL is sorted first (before others with the same host+path)
adding a medium badge colour for bookmarks with matching host+path but non-matching query/hash
renaming hrefSansProtocol function to hostAndPath (thus reflecting its actual behaviour)
adjusting URL tests accordingly
