    • Note: The expectation is that Solr will be used as a secondary back-end. Solr's not built for constant single-resource updates, but is very good at bulk imports. For this reason we expect Solr's persister to receive objects that already have IDs (generated by a primary back-end) - if it doesn't, it will generate one, but output a warning.
