install on python3.9 not smooth

Hi, this looks great but I am trying to use it and I am struggling.

I get this error:

This is a breaking change which was introduced in fastapi-0.62.0
Very simple fix. Will deploy a new version soon

@sebgoa The release has been deployed to PYPI and can be installed via pip install "fastapi-cloudevents>=1.0.2".
