Can you expand on "DebugInfo"? We already support source-maps to hook all browsers' dev tools..

This is the same. It's only for user that use Firebug with Firesass.

I have a feeling this is the old SASS debug comment lines, which was/is a poor substitute for Source Maps.

Either way, you actually need to file the issue in https://github.com/sass/libsass, however I'd advise against it as its not a feature that is likely to be built (we already have the much better source maps feature).
