Describe the bug
Open VSC SAS Extension base on the Main Branch, it will have error validation if trying to rename a file folder.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open VSC SAS Extension
  2. Sign in with a valid profile (Viya connection)
  3. Try to rename a file folder

Expected behavior
It can rename a file folder successfully

Environment (please complete the following information):
Client OS: [e.g. Windows 11]
