Update repo secrets for Sonatype org change

@eed3si9n after #205, I think we need the secrets replaced

ok. From the looks of the log there's already GPG signing set up

I just updated the Sonatype credentials. To test I created 1.0.3-M1 tag, which seems to have worked:
