- Updated typography to export link mixin (should maybe be moved later) - Added global cookie rules to c-theme (should maybe be remvoed later) - Added cookie component style - Made cookie component style work in global="false" - Updated list-group, input-group, custom-forms, buttons and bages with styles to support global="false"
- Fix for missing style in IE
- Added modal component styling - Updated style for list-group-item - Cleaned up the modal styling
- Added version 1.1.0-0 for pre-release
- Bumped version with latest update from master
