Not all reported bugs can be reproduced by us, which makes it hard to confirm and fix them.
The following log files may help tracking down the problem:
My Documents\My Games\Skyrim\SKSE\skse.log-
My Documents\My Games\Skyrim\Logs\Script\papyrus.0.log
If you don't have a papyrus log, enable logging by following these instructions.
