What is the motivation?
We're currently looking into improving the structure of our Score documentation by removing redundant or outdated content. The main focus of this PR is to remove any documentation related to to the score-humanitec CLI implementation, as it is maintained by the Humanitec team going forward (https://developer.humanitec.com/score/overview/)
