The 3.0

A new version of my site to work with Astro 3.0. I tried the usual 2 -> 3 migration and assets:images was and remained broken, so I just started a new repo, a new folder, and added things back in a little at a time.

The good news is it did let me rethink a couple things and clean out some garbage.
