How Many Days Until Halloween?

For the second year, I'm opening up this project to the GitHub community. Everyone is welcome—including beginners—to make a contribution. This is safe, fun and maybe a slightly spooky place to practice working with git and Github and to get closer to earning those Hacktoberfest goodies.
