fix: update dates with valid values #473

Update the script to fix dates in ICS files. If we look at the currently generated dates, they are invalid.

DTSTART:549730221T000000
DTEND:NaNNaNNaNTNaNNaNNaN

I've also added a control to include dtend attribute only if their is a end date in the JSON file.


          fix: use valid values for dtStart and dtEnd
