scvi-tools 0.9.0-alpha.1

This is our second prerelease with our new PyTorch Lightning powered backend and is available via PyPi:

pip install scvi-tools==0.9.0a1

This release adds the new PeakVI model.

Docs can be seen by changing from the stable to latest version on the docs website.
