an asynchronous CQL driver for Rust, optimized for Scylla, but also compatible with Apache Cassandra!

- Allowed serialization of columns/fields that are not valid Rust identifiers (#1137).
- Fixed bug that occured when preparing batch statements targetting multiple tables (#1135).
